The AC Transit Employees' Retirement Plan (ACTERP) provides retirement, disability, and death benefits to eligible former employees of AC Transit and their beneficiaries.

ACTERP is administered by the Retirement Board, an independent public entity, its Executive Officer, and Retirement Plan staff.
