Service Reliability & Standards
AC Transit has set standards for the fixed route service we provide to ensure that service is allocated efficiently and equitably throughout our service area.
AC Transit operates the following types of service, which have different service characteristics and ridership expectations depending on the density and land use characteristics of the areas it operates in.

AC Transit also has an on-time performance goal of 72% for all the service we operate.
