Realign: Unconstrained Vision Scenario
The Unconstrained Vision Scenario shows what type of service AC Transit could provide if additional resources were available. This scenario combines the access and coverage improvements of the Balanced Coverage Scenario with the frequency enhancements of the Frequent Service Scenario and is a long-term vision for AC Transit’s future. This scenario would require additional funding, operators, buses, and new operating facilities to be fully implemented. As additional resources become available, the District will consider implementing pieces of this scenario. While we encourage you to provide feedback on the Unconstrained Vision Scenario, feedback on the Balanced Coverage and Frequent Service Scenarios will most directly shape the AC Transit network as it will look in August 2024.
